today i got word that someone wants to purchase a book that i made last year. i have to set a price and everything! i’m associating the feeling with getting published… even though i’m certain being published would be MUCH more exciting (someday!). but this is the first piece of art that is being sold without the intention of it selling. also, i didn’t like these books at all, so i’m pretty shocked that someone wants it!
that’s what i’m doing! consider this my first post! the one that i’ll one day look back at and be embarrassed by… here it is. i’d really like to start blogging again (well, just blogging, period). life is full of amazing changes and adventures, and things are happening and cooking and coming, and i’d really like to be able to have some place to release. so i’m not making any stipulations. this is not going to be a “design” blog, a “fashion” blog, a “cooking” blog. just a blog about a girl. in portland. doin’ what she does.
